Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

The objective is to perform Social Listening for (ZX Ventures Adjacencies)  including the following activities: Tracking Voice of the Consumer (VOC), sentiment, buzz, marketing activations, events, etc. and provide reports to Brand and Digital Managers.

2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Monthly reportsโ€ข Weekly/Bi-weekly campaign   reports (as applicable)โ€ข Ad hoc and exploratory reports   (as needed)โ€ข Real-time dashboard tracking   (as applicable)โ€ข Development and maintenance   of:โ€ข Social Listening Monitors in   tools like Crimson Hexagon, Brandwatch and Social Bakersโ€ข Geo-location monitoring for   AB Inbev breweries across geographyโ€ข Tracking Earned/Organic   content from all social platforms and Social aggregator toolsโ€ข Owned   performance tracking with tools like Social Studio, Sprinklr, Facebook Insightsโ€ข Buzz / Sentiment / SOV   trackers using Crimson Hexagon toolsโ€ข Benchmarking dataโ€ข Dashboardsโ€ข Be a mentor for analysts and   senior analysts when they have questions on the requests that is received   from business partnersโ€ข Be in-front of stakeholders during weekly/routine calls by distilling the needs and convert it into actionable   tasksโ€ข Maintain project schedule and   ensure that the process is run smoothly by adhering to deliverable deadline   and prioritizing projectsโ€ข Identify automation opportunities   and work with technology teams to improve efficiencyโ€ข Using the dashboard for analysis   of data metrics and culling out actionable insights that would have business   impactโ€ข To attend regular newsroom   calls with brand managers and agencies

3. QALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

  • Level of educational attainment required:
    • 3+ years of professional experience in social listening, social media analytics, digital marketing, consumer insights
  • Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships required:
    • Post-graduation in Business, Marketing, Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology have yielded solid performers.
  • Previous work experience required
    • 3+ Years
  • Language skills required
    • English and any foreign language is a value add
  • IT skills required
    • MS office, advance excel, VBA and SQL functionalities
    • Technology savvy with IT development background in a programming capacity very beneficial. Working experience with APIs a plus
    • Knowledge on dash boarding or Analytical tools like Klipfolio, Qlikview, Tableau, Statistica and etc.

  • Strong familiarity and understanding in social media platforms and innovations such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, Forums required
  • Highly analytical with proven experience in gathering data, performing analysis, and developing in-depth insights/recommendations
  • Identify trends in the beverage industry, keep abreast of competition, culturally  aware of things across of the globe, identify key trends in social media space
  • Ability to simplify findings into concise, action oriented key insights
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Must be a naturally curious and inquisitive person when it comes to data, this person loves to dive into the โ€˜whyโ€™ behind the data instead of just reporting on the numbers
  • Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude
  • Presentation skills and should take ownership of the projects assigned

Strongly Preferred Requirements:

  • Functional knowledge of โ€˜howโ€™ to manage projects
  • Analytical/working knowledge in all the social channels, such as Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, YouTube analytics

Primary Responsibilities: Consult   stakeholders on topic definitions, social listening measures and filters to   define objectives and set deliverables for standard, ad-hoc and industry   reportsโ€ข Adhere   to global Social Listening collaboration requirementsโ€ข Share   case studies and best practices with insights teamโ€ข Create   and edit reporting deliverable in PowerPoint, Newsletter and Excel formats   that transform social data into a clear story.
