Responsibilities Understanding of client’s business to be able to create data models for training AI BOTs Creating training data sets to train AI BOTs Leverage multiple crowdsourcing strategies to collect training and test data for DL models and help with cleansing, filtering and messaging those data Preparing and executing test sets to test AI BOTs post training Analyzing user conversations with AI bots and preparing reports on AI performance, sharing suggestions for improvement Enhancing and maintaining the quality of AI model over time, with continuous learning of AI BOTs from user feedback, agent feedback and live user conversations Requirements 1+ years experience in related field Bachelors degree from a Tier I/Tier II college Excellent written and verbal communication skills An eye for detail and accuracy This position is with competitive compensation, benefits.
