Roles and Responsibilities
POSITION / DESIGNATION
Ability to identify filter/clean out data sent by Operations teams and validate the data as per requirement.
Understand management requirements and then prepare templates for data collection from the Operations team by clearly communicating the data required to the team.
Manage and act as a bridge between the Line Manager and Operations Team to ensure goals/requirements are met on time and delivered. This may include involvement with other internal Stakeholders as well (E.g. Finance & Accounts/Content/IT/BSS/Legal).
Product / Scheme knowledge.
Prepare and disseminate essential daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Prepare and submit ad-hoc reports
Summarize the reports and provide valuable insights from the data.
Make business dashboards/presentations whenever required.
Perform key business/data analysis for making informed decisions.
Adhere to strict timelines while at the same time ensuring data accuracy and effectiveness.
To understand all product/scheme offerings and help the ground team

Years Of Experience
Complete understanding and proficiency in MS Excel, and PPT is a must & experience/knowledge of MS Access and SQL will be an added advantage
