• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the Technology Business Management (TBM) Model

• Collaborate with IT and Finance to improve our modeling of Total Cost of Ownership, financial metrics, Bill of IT and Cost Transparency

  Co-lead the design and implementation of IT Financial Planning

• Gather functional and business requirements and rapidly translate that information into a working set of operational and financial models

• Support the transition of Informatics to a product-oriented, integrated and agile organization

  Design and document processes and procedures for use by the TBM team, users and administrators

Who you are

You bring a B achelors degree from an accredited college/university in Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related field and the following qualification.

Experience

• Minimum two to five years of recent experience as an Apptio TBMA and working knowledge of TBM Studio

• Strong IT financial acumen

• Experience managing projects, project budgets/forecasting, and software development

• Understanding of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage and application development

• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

• Experience with data dictionaries, data analysis and relational databases

• Skilled at working with large data sets, quickly detecting, and resolving data-related issues

Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements

• Knowledge of ApptioOne required

• TBM certification (CTBME, Apptio ACP or ACE)

• Knowledge of ServiceNow, TargetProcess, Cloudability, SAP, Jira and Tableau strongly preferred

• Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework environment

• Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to breakdown complex information to simple solution requirements

• Strong to expert skills in data analysis/manipulation
