Role: Business Analyst
Experience: Minimum 4-9 years
Location: Space I-Tech Park, Sector-49, Gurugram
Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 Am- 6:00 Pm)

Primary Skills:
- Experience working as a BA or similar analytical / consultant role.
- Proven track record in driving and delivering business benefit changes.
- Experience of working in both waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience of working alongside a Product Team as a BA.
- Relevant experience in requirement gathering/analysis and Process Mapping skills
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of the software development lifecycle, including agile methods, SCRUM
- Full software lifecycle coverage from discovery through delivery, migration and on to business
- Accurately document the requirements into technical specification to ensure the original requirements have been clearly represented in the resulting technical design
- Analytical experience in extracting and interpreting data into statistical information, and presenting to business users.
- Experience in Technical Proposal writing and Time and Cost Analysis for web and Mobile Application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as domain expert and /or SME for assigned Product or Project.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Work with Technology Teams to deliver system requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring that the business requirements are developed, analysed & documented correctly with appropriate engagement from the business teams.
- To act as the central point for business analysis activities; client, third-party supplier business analysts and technical teams, as appropriate.
- Support the team in the resolution of bugs / defects using analytical skills to understand root cause and propose recommendation to resolve.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis, working closely with clients
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users and monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Experience leading/developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

- Excellent documentation skills including requirement document, FSD etc.
