Job Responsibilities
- Report Generation & communication to clients Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly, Agent performance reports, Lead analysis reports, Invoice & billing, Incentive analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience writing codes using Google app script (Report automation)
- Experience with building dashboards using GDS (Google Data Studio).
- Experience in building dashboards.
- DB management & Knowledge in Advance excel + Google Docs.
- Data Analysis: Creating a lead quality analysis framework, Analysis of the lead quality.
- Report Automation: Automation of daily/weekly reports using SFDC and app script coding.
- Forecasting using the historical trend of the leads at the micro level.
- Develop report templates and dashboards using advanced formulae (Including Array formulas) in Google spreadsheets, GDS, MS Excel, and Power BI.
