We’re looking for a Product Manager with Finance Analyst background for developing Controller Workflow and Sign-off platform to:

• analyse regulatory and business needs, producing timely, clear and concise functional requirements and specifications
• co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
• act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
• ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness of changes (e.g., UX testing, end user testing)
• support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall regulatory and business goals
• ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability etc.)

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the General Ledger Accounting / Consolidation, Financial Reporting and Disclosures team in Zurich / London/ India/ Poland with the mission to deliver timely, accurate, integrated and globally consistent consolidated, standalone entity and business division reporting, providing users with transparent, well governed value-added insights. Your specific pod will be focused on an integrated and scalable cloud-based solution supporting controlling activities including controlling and sign-off processes.
