We are seeking to recruit a Sr Site reliability Engineer to support our Infrastructure, production data and applications. This position is based out of Bangalore, supporting Global locations. This Position will involve managing various critical Thomson Reuters Editorial Applications running hosted on AWS cloud .The Team manage a diverse range of services which reside on predominantly Windows and UNIX servers. About the role:

    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the US-based team to understand and refine user stories and requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories in ServiceNow.
    • Configure, develop, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, based on provided user stories.
    • Collect necessary requirements and create user stories independently, if needed.
    • Implement and maintain ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD solutions in line with the company’s ServiceNow framework.

    Required Qualifications

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
    • At least 6-9 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
    • Strong familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
    • Proven experience in customizing and developing within ServiceNow using no-code tools like Workflow Studio.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
    • Integration experience (REST APIs).
    • Knowledge of JavaScript and Glide scripting.
    • Familiarity with Performance Analytics.
    • ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD (Implementation Specialist).
    • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
    • Familiarity with the Vancouver release of ServiceNow.
    • Experience working with the Xanadu release of ServiceNow (current team release).
