Role Requirements
Strong analytical mindset, with good attention to detail and ability to use analyses to gain insight into data
Strong statistical and machine learning background including, but not limited to:
Time-series forecasting (e.g. Holt-Winters, ARIMA, prophet, LSTM, etc.)
Clustering (e.g. k-means, Gaussian mixtures, hierarchical methods, density methods, etc.)
Linear and logistic regression
Strong SQL, including good understanding of advanced functions and patterns (e.g. window functions, CTEs, etc.)
Experience programming in Python (prior use of R/SAS would also be helpful)
Experience using Databricks or another Spark-based system
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience in an analytical role in the pharma industry would be a plus
Demonstrate technical functional leadership and be seen as an expert and partner by the client and internal stakeholders
Identifying new ways to leverage data [internal and external data sets (sales, digital, sales force, social)] to generate business insights
Experience in integration of diverse data sources and data formats
Develop and test hypothesis to solve business problems
Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues
Act as a consultant and support wider team with analytical problems and solution architecture
Provide expert consultation for big-data architecture and best practices to customers and internal stakeholders
Lead projects and manage the execution by planning project activities, assigning tasks, tracking and monitoring the tasks, and working with close coordination with the project manager
Provide training and support for internal employees
Identify upcoming technologies and learning opportunities for the team
Experience in managing and building solution on cloud environment (Azure)
Ability to be a self-starter and can provide leadership
Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements
Provide support to global markets and display flexibility
