Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work within the Platform team to design and track the roadmap for platform features. The ideal candidate will have a proven analytical capability along with an ability to execute.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own both SaaS and Mobile App user journeys, wireframes and integrations. This may involve designing from scratch or owning designs delivered by third party vendors. This will also require working with partners in the EduTech ecosystem for soliciting and building knowledge about integrations and APIs offered by these partners.
- Work with the leadership team as well as Sales and Product Support to elicit and identify product needs.
- Work with the Implementation team to elicit B2B customer needs and drive discussions to establish the approach for delivering these needs (introduce product features, partner with niche product companies etc)
- Own the delivery of features by working closely with the Platform Delivery and Technology teams.
- Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to review each feature and discuss feasibility and impact for incorporating or modifying features.
- Must prepare and present detailed usage and impact analysis for each feature. This may require market research or collaborating with customer facing teams for primary or secondary research.
Basic Qualifications and Preferred Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Graduates from top ranked state colleges preferred.
- Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in a role with exposure to business analysis, product management or consulting.
- Prior experience in designing user journeys is preferred.
- Prior experience working on mobile apps or SaaS products would be a plus.
- Prior experience in building business cases would be a plus.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The role will require you to extensively present, document and categorize information.
- Must have experience presenting to CXOs or senior management, either internally or to clients.
- Must possess a strong sense of ownership and display mutual respect in all situations. Owning feature delivery will constantly require overcoming obstacles and challenges.
- Must be able to appreciate and comprehend technical complexities in building technology products.
