4Sourcing is the ultimate online platform and community for custom product sourcing that connects volume buyers with reputable factories. The platform standardizes product features as custom options so that the users can quickly “customize” the product online and make immediate purchasing decision.
We are to open our office in Houston Area (close to Belt 8) , and are seeking for the passionate partners who are willing to bring the custom products to “clicks away”!
Job Overview
Pricing & Data Analyst is going to manage business data that include product pricing, quotation pricing, sales analysis, competition analysis, media data and performance, etc.
This position is responsible for the following:
- Pricing formula building (using MS Excel) based on the cost and competition
- Pricing mapping for easy pricing import into difference database
- Weekly pricing and website pricing decision making
- Competition pricing analysis on a regular basis
- Weekly sales quantitative analysis and report
- New product pricing or pricing approval (with with overseas remote team)
- Program pricing
- Media performance analysis (email marketing, website traffic, industry platform performance)
- Product performance analysis
- To work with oversea team and vendors in China
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, with concentration on Economics, Statistics, Math, Business, Marketing, or related;
- Must have a good understanding of data and statistics
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, market analysis, or cost management
- E-commerce experience is highly preferred
- Good understanding of the manufacturing and imprint process
- Ability and willingness to adopt and learn new technologies and skills
- Experience in the B2B e-commerce industry is preferred;
- Understanding of PowerPoint (e.g., sales stories, business presentations) and Excel (e.g. statistics, data analyses)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while multi-tasking, maintaining strong attention to detail and producing quality results
- Extremely organized with the ability to support many projects and tight deadlines
- Bilingual: English and Chinese
