Job Location: Remote

 

  • Manages the relationship between specific business units (SalesOps, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the critical business systems that drive global order to cash operations
  • Function as an analyst and business partner to model, design, and build business solutions that improve 6sense s lead to quote processes across our direct and partner channels
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations from project inception through delivery, including status updates, budget reconciliation, scope changes
  • Drive collaboration and coordination between US and India Business Technology teams
  • Participate in design sessions with the technical team of architects, application administrators and developers, documenting solution options with detailed supporting materials such as business process diagrams, wireframes, and other context diagrams
  • Perform business process modelling, data flow, user experience modeling, and basic technical architecture diagramming for the entire customer journey through various software systems
  • Host interactive design sessions using best practices to effectively solve business problems by providing sample approaches as discussion points
  • Provide process and/or alternative solutions and makes recommendations based on cost/benefit and operational impact criteria
  • Ensure accurate comprehensive documentation of systems, their respective integration dependencies as well as system/software dependencies
  • Create an inventory of customer process pain points and gaps in industry best practices in each of the functional areas
  • Teams with business leadership, internal/external development resources and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of information system solutions
  • Drive agile development methodologies and practices

Skills Experience :

  • 5 experience in IT analysis, design and implementation of complex, global solutions
  • 5 years of administration and project management experience in a high-growth, technology organization, preferably cloud-based (SaaS) product delivery
  • Strong understanding of the cloud enterprise application space such as Customer support software (Desk / Ticketing System), Customer Success tools or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and agile planning tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong business discernment and an ability to communicate analysis in a clear and compelling manner
  • Able to work independently and in a team, meticulous, critical thinker and performance driven
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, high energy and fun work environment, and deliver value iteratively
  • Great teammate who excels at building relationships across the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users.
