Roles and Responsibilities
Design research and analytics strategies to align to client and agency KPIs
Build monthly and quarterly reports for our clients that demonstrate the outcomes of our planning on the
clients business and communications goals and provide prescriptive recommendations for continuous
improvement.
Actively participate in the new business process through gleaning insights that inform strategic
recommendations, presenting research strategy and approach to prospects.
Analyze traditional, social, and digital media data using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Leverage data and an understanding of sampling to develop new insights and counsel clients with the goal of
improving deliverables and efficiency
Partner with Client Servicing teams to show impact of campaigns and initiatives by leveraging analytics to
inform business decisions and recommendations.
Be an active team member on client assignments such as brand positioning, specific projects and crisis programs.
Synthesize and express data in a clear and effective manner that resonates with our clients and teams
Collect and analyze data from multiple data platforms to serve the needs of our client portfolio
Report on key metrics to enhance and optimize our clients campaigns and programs.
Leverage written and verbal presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into a compelling story that
demonstrates the value of our work for our clients.
Provide analysis of both quantitative and qualitative research that connects back to the clients business needs.
Provide expertise in the area of analytics and be seen as the go to” within the agency – for clients, colleagues,
and new business prospects.
Follow trends and updates in industry technology related to research, insights, measurement, and analytics
Collaborate to continually enhance the agency’s capabilities in the area of data and analytics
Lead and manage our media monitoring, social listening and other analytics tools and service providers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor/Master’s degree in a Business Analytics or quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or Ops Research), or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
10+ years’ experience working with relevant tools and technology. Expertise in Big Data, analytics & statistics.
Expertise in monitoring and analytics software specially with social media monitoring platforms such as Meltwater, Talkwalker, Cision , Onalytica , Audiense etc.
Knowledgeable in business intelligence tools (Tableau/PowerBI) and digital analytics platforms (Google
Analytics/Adobe Analytics).
Experience in working with large data sets, campaign targeting and effectiveness, propensity modeling and value analysis is preferred
