Roles and Responsibilities for Senior Business Analyst
As Senior Business Analyst, youll play a vital role at Aavas. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our technology platforms, gather requirements and feedback and design best practice solutions. Our user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the candidate should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Junior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.
Some of the key responsibilities would include
- Coordinate application change management between stakeholders and vendors
- Plan, execute and track change request in applications.
- Conduct requirement gathering, review BRDs
- Organize productโs requirement prioritization, feature conceptualization, prototyping, and user experience design discussions.
- Follow and implement SDLC practices
- Coordinate with QA team for successful and timely testing.
- Coordinating administrative management of data โ including detection and correction of data-quality issues, process incoming data, and data standardization. The candidate will be responsible for Data Analysis /Data Quality.
- Coordinating Data Pipeline design, development, testing & deployment
- Develop analytical functionality and complex transformation that will be finally deployed in production platforms.
- Business process re-engineering
- Analyze technical requirements, develop well-structured designs
- Document software features, create presentations
- Validate test cases for new features and ensure execution on different configurations.
- Promote business adoption of system capabilities and features (via trainings and webinars)
- Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
Eligibility Requirements
Required:
Qualification: B. Tech/ B.E, MBA
Experience: 4+ years
Desirable:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong consulting skills.
- Good to have MYSQL knowledge
- Entrepreneurial Mindset

As Junior Business Analyst, youโll play a vital role at Aavas. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our productivity, gather requirements and feedback and design best practice solutions. This would include eliciting and documenting requirements, interacting with various stakeholders with the intention of understanding and documenting their requirements. Our user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the candidate should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
Some of the key responsibilities would include
- Document application changes and coordinate between stakeholders and vendors
- Document and track change request in applications.
- Conduct requirement gathering with users and prepare BRDs
- Connect with stakeholders to discuss requirements and related problems
- Highlight Business process re-engineering by discovering process bottlenecks.
- Analyse technical requirements, develop well-structured designs
- Document software features, create presentations
- Preparing training documents and applications users
- Preparing custom reports and coordinate with analytics team for report automation.
- Good Analytical and interpretational skills
