Description
Business Analyst to work with IT and Business. To review CASIO (California Independent System Operator) initiative/requirements for various Energy Market Applications.
Collaborate with Business and IT to evaluate impact to *** applications.
- has several applications that interface with CAISO applications to participate in the energy market. CAISO introduces changes to their processes and applications on a regular basis.
The Business Analyst will need analyze the impact of the proposed CAISO changes and work with the Business and IT in the implementation of these changes.
Also will need to track the timeline of the proposed changes.
Position Summary
Business Analysts participate in the coordination/implementation of new processes or features of energy procurement applications.
Qualifications
Detailed oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Advanced skills using Excel.
Have an understanding of web APIs
High level understanding of data modelling.
Minimum Qualifications See Above
Strong SQL Skills (Oracle SQL preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management or other related
fields, and or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
Utility /Energy Market experience
Software testing experience
