Primary Job Function:
- This role is responsible to understand the various processes/systems and identify area for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Strengthen the relationship with commercial teams, stakeholders and provide necessary support required to provide analytics & Insights.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of an analysis to define outcome.
- Influence and collaborate with other teams and senior management
- Motivate, empower and develop the personnel
Core Job Responsibilities:
Analysis:
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate various data sets and develop integrated business analyses for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Analyze data for trends and patterns and Interpret data which helps business in critical decisions.
- Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements
- Present findings to senior leadership to drive business decisions
Project Management:
- Work closely with business to understand their data needs and develop solutions to influence the business.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements establishing project budget.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Identify, plan and implement process improvements to improve quality, reduce cost and increase productivity resulting in customer satisfaction
- Follow change management process and ensure projects continue to meet business objectives.
- Work closely with IT to ensure they are equipped with the right directions and guidance to execute the project within agreed timelines
People & Stakeholder Management:
- Set goals and drive the overall roadmap for team
- Motivate, empower and develop personnel and identify those with the best strengths for the job.
- Create strong customer connect
Position Accountability/Scope/ Size / Complexity:
- Management of business and ad-hoc requirements and develop quality and timely release plan
- Manage deliverables from multiple sources to schedule with other priorities simultaneously
- Strengthen relationship with senior leadership and other stakeholder
- Automate manual activities to maximize the team efficiency.
Education & experience:
- Graduate or MBA
- Overall 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics/Project Management
Competencies / Skills
- Knowledge and experience in working various projects
- Team management – Experience in handling team, encouraging team work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good project management skills
- Customer centric and understanding needs to clients/business
- Good interpersonal skills – able to influence and engender collaboration with other team and senior management
- Problem solving approach
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools will be added advantage
