Job Location: Mohali/SAS Nagar
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work on various bidding portals (Example: Upwork) to find MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead) and converting them into sales by submitting clients’ requirement-specific sales pitch/proposal at the right time.
- Able to find quality leads for web development, mobile apps and our turnkey solutions.
- Able to write a cover letter as per the requirement.
- Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
- To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow ups.
- Identifying and generating prospects and fully supporting them till the agreement is signed.
- Creating database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding the requirements and proposing strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
- Able to communicate with the client and understand their requirements comfortable contacting via Email/Call/Skype/Google-Meet etc.
- Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
- Deliver product demos within the team and to the prospects/clients.
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction before and after project delivery.
- Participate in the conversation between post-sales department and client.
- Drafting the proposals, developing and negotiating the contracts.
- Documentation – BRD, HRD, WBS, Proposals, Estimation Sheet etc as may be required.
- Reporting and Leads Management:
Number of Leads Handled, Won, Lost with reasons for leads lost
Maintain Leads status, notes, progress updates etc in the CRM as per the CRM and Leads
Management guidelines shared.
- Provide other reports as may be required for different analysis purpose.
- Managing existing pipeline of the leads.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with resellers, partners, clients, and prospects.
- Handling prospect calls, answering their queries and converting them into Sales/making those Sales ready.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong team player and a positive attitude.
- Candidate should have worked on web/mobile solutions preferable from the IT Company.
- Candidate should have an experience in writing Proposals/RFPs/RFIs and Presentations, Pre-sales business documents.
- Candidate should have excellent communication/presentation skills/organizational & Interpersonal skills.
- Should be having experience of coordinating with different Teams leaders to prepare complete proposals and tracking the inputs.
- Keep updated about the latest updates in the web, ecommerce and mobile commerce industry.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Detail oriented.
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with the team and clients.
- Self-Starter, team player, high energy, reliable, strong work ethic.
Required Experience:
โข 1 – 5 years
โข Ecommerce, Online Market Places, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts, Social networking portals, On Demand Service Portals.
โข Understanding of IT Technologies and development
โข Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Gmail, Microsoft office)
Qualifications:
- B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT) or related courses
- Foreign Language will be considered as a plus point
Salary, Location, Working Days:
- Depends upon the experience, knowledge and communication skills (No bar for deserving candidates)
- Mohali, Punjab
