ABS Group is currently searching for enthusiastic, highly motivated leaders with strong organizational skills to join our Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) team in Arlington, VA.

Project Description:

We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Junior Analyst for a government-sponsored program. The Junior Analyst will assist the government in implementing risk management projects to ensure clients are meeting their strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft work products for team and client review
  • Work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Assist in conducting stakeholder interviews and analyzing stakeholder input
  • Help create, facilitate, and update asynchronous and synchronous training programs
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement meetings and facilitate client sessions
  • Assist in capturing meeting notes, evaluation notes, and training insights
  • Conduct presentations for clients, engage directly with clients, and interface with other senior officials and managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Political Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics)
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: program evaluation, data analysis, statistics, social science research or data science
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Preferred experience working with US government clients
  • Must be able to develop and grow stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work during normal business hours on Eastern Standard Time
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and demonstrate strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong skills using products including Excel, Microsoft TEAMS, PowerPoint, Visio, MURAL, and SharePoint
  • Strong programming, graphical, and modeling skills in R and Python is a plus.
