ABS Group is currently searching for enthusiastic, highly motivated leaders with strong organizational skills to join our Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) team in Arlington, VA.
Project Description:
We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Junior Analyst for a government-sponsored program. The Junior Analyst will assist the government in implementing risk management projects to ensure clients are meeting their strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft work products for team and client review
- Work independently and meet project deadlines
- Assist in conducting stakeholder interviews and analyzing stakeholder input
- Help create, facilitate, and update asynchronous and synchronous training programs
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement meetings and facilitate client sessions
- Assist in capturing meeting notes, evaluation notes, and training insights
- Conduct presentations for clients, engage directly with clients, and interface with other senior officials and managers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Political Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics)
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: program evaluation, data analysis, statistics, social science research or data science
- Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Preferred experience working with US government clients
- Must be able to develop and grow stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work during normal business hours on Eastern Standard Time
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and demonstrate strong written/verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong skills using products including Excel, Microsoft TEAMS, PowerPoint, Visio, MURAL, and SharePoint
- Strong programming, graphical, and modeling skills in R and Python is a plus.
