A professional in this role will have end to end ownership and accountability to drive BOT development efforts for Accenture s ever growing professional service division. This position requires an ability to partner and collaborate with people having varied experiences and backgrounds to understand the challenges and opportunities to improve the customer experience by developing meaningful intuitive insightful and actionable BOT at scale for Accenture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate top notch collaborative mindset an ability to discover compelling challenges for automation and ownership for successful implementations.
Roles and Responsibilities: Experience in handling CCAI projects stake holder Management. Ability to partner closely with a diverse set of business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver AI or ML solutions Proven expertise synthesizing and presenting research or technical findings to diverse audiences Strong data proficiency exploratory data analysis data visualization and storytelling skills Knowledge of well-designed experiments and statistical analysis concepts Knowledge of Big Data technologies and Cloud Computing would be a plus Experience in Linguistic or Computational Linguistics Experience on the technologies .JavaScript Node.js Python. Integration of Chatbot with different channels like Google Assistant Skype for Business Microsoft teams etc. or with external data sources Hand-on delivery in one or more chatbot platforms including .but not limited to. Google Dialog Flow Amazon Lex MS LUIS etc. Designing the flow of conversation defining the style guide and Tone of voice Scripting the Dialog flow between the Chatbot and User Ability to use Analytics tools to understand how customer engage with the bot and how to improve the user experience. Experience in building Voice Bots .Integration of Chatbot with Telephony service like Avaya Experience building and consuming API s – including RESTful web services Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication. Strong experience in architecting and building AI powered chatbot applications using the likes of Google Dialog Flow Amazon Lex cognitive services or NLP technologies Collaborate with the right team to update the knowledge base with the new or revised questions based on the content performance check. Hands on experience in deploying solutions on any one of the server platforms -AWS or GCP Own the project management lifecycle: requirements and stakeholder management lead cross team collaboration lead new technology implementation strong execution and communication skills.
Requirements -8 years of experience in design and implementation of Conversational AI and Chatbot using NLP or NLU. Expertise in SDLC You should have a good understanding of chatbot solution development and understanding of chatbot tools and overall virtual assistant landscape. Design the chat conversation user journey based on the customer intent and needs. Fluent English with proven experience in writing customer facing text with strong proofreading skills Proven experience with building and shipping Conversational AI products. Hands-on experience with Chatbot or VoiceBot or Virtual Assistant or Business Intelligence technology stack. Ability to use analytics tools to understand how customers engage with the bot and how to improve the user experience. Proficiency with one or more conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow Intercom BotKit Rasa would be a strong PLUS. Preferred: Experience in HTML5 JavaScript and Jquery.python . Preferred: Salesforce familiarity Hands-on experience of API integrations with SQL and NoSQL databases.
