Qualifications
Key Responsibility-
– Develop statistical models to support HR Analytics offerings and solutions.
– Hands on experience in Advanced R/Python coding is a must.
– Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of employee metrics.
– Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis, forecasting techniques and so on
– Partner with IT to implement models and tests
– Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
Must Have:
– 6 months -2 years in quantitative analysis experience, including building statistical models.
– Experience in Python – Exposure to Advanced & Upcoming ML Libraries For Model Evaluation, Validation and Deployment
– Experience in at least one visualization tool (Tableau/ Power BI/d3.js) for reporting insights/creating client deliverables
– Experience in at least one of these:
o Text Analytics (Topic Modelling, Word2Vec, BERT, ELMO)
o Deep Learning (Neural networks, ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, ComputerVision)
o Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
o Big Data Analytics (Hive/Hadoop/ETL/SQL)
– Excellent communication skills
Good to Have:
– PySpark/PyTorch framework exposure would be a bonus
– Html 5/js skills are a bonus
– Experience in time series forecasting/ optimization techniques
