Job description:
Job Summary:
Sales & Pricing Performance provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals.

As a trusted advisor, enable MU leadership with business insights across all areas of Sales & Pricing performance, advising on strengths & weakness as well as recommended interventions to enable profitable sales plan achievement. Enable the consistent delivery of business insights to prioritized areas of the business, on both a regular cadence and ad hoc basis.

Primary responsibilities include:
โ€ข Provide insights on our sales performance, including underlying trends/key drivers, across all S&PP service areas
โ€ข Partner with the MU S&PP Business Partner, Sales Lead, and DOO to understand sales-related business priorities, define success criteria, and measure outcomes on a regular cadence
โ€ข Partner with the Analytics & Applications CoEs to continuously evolve standard tools, and identify when something locally will need to be developed to address MU-specific needs
โ€ข Direct the work of downstream resources to answer business questions and support S&PP initiatives
โ€ข Design & provide training to leadership & account teams on how to leverage S&PP tools to understand & improve sales performance

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
โ€ข Analysis skills: researches, synthesizes, and interprets data: EXPERT
โ€ข Metrics Definition and Usage: ADVANCED
โ€ข Predictive Modeling: INTERMEDIATE
โ€ข Collaboration, facilitation skills: EXPERT
โ€ข Oral & written communication skills: EXPERT
โ€ข Understanding of Accenture sales and finance concepts: ADVANCED
โ€ข Excel and PowerPoint: ADVANCED

Educational Qualification
Must have:
Undergraduate degree
English language fluency (oral and written)
Skills & Work Experience
Must have:
โ€ข A Minimum of 10 years of experience, which may include:
โ€ข Experience working alongside Senior Accenture Leadership (CG leads, MU Services leads, MU leadership, or similar roles (CL1-2s)
โ€ข A Minimum of 4 years of experience in MS Excel & PowerPoint
โ€ข A Minimum of 3 years of experience using MMS (salesforce), MMB, Qlik, Tableau
โ€ข A Minimum of 4 years of Analytics experience in Sales, Pricing, Finance or related field
โ€ข A Minimum of 3 years of experience creating executive-level briefings
โ€ข A Minimum of 3 years of experience managing & motivating a virtual team

Good to have:
โ€ข Understanding of Accenture sales process and systems, business model
โ€ข Excellent oral and written communications skills
โ€ข Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to prioritize own workload and manage downstream stakeholders and resources
โ€ข Quality assurance/thoroughness
โ€ข Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter (see the need before it is known)
โ€ข Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment
Other requirements
โ€ข Must be flexible to support the working hours for the assigned Market Unit or other business area
โ€ข Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs
โ€ข Must have excellent internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines
โ€ข May be required to travel
