    Job description

    We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and have sufficient knowledge and experience in ERP products. Business Analysts will act as a point of contact for their clients. They need to identify the pain areas or challenges faced by customers and suggest solutions that are best suited for the respective businesses. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and play a major role in client retention. They are expected to be well aware of the industry trends and the competitors.

    To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

    • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
    • Minimize GAPS and provide/suggest customers solutions and best practices.
    • Ability to analyse the root cause of a problem and provide quick and effective solutions in your functional area.
    • Configure product with customer data and coordinate with technical teams.
    • Review implementation, customizations, and test with customer data.
    • Demo implementation with users and train users.
    • Coordinate with the development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams of the clients.
    • Should possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to work remotely with business partners. This is a key skill to ensure a clear and collaborative relationship to support enhancements and break-fix resolution.
    • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience and maintains long-term relationships with key accounts.
    • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
    • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
    • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
    • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
