PRESALES ANALYST
Requirements
- 2-3 Years of Experience in PreSales and Business Analysis Roles.
- Should have good knowledge of SDLC ( Software Development life cycle).
- Must have experience working as a BA interfacing with technical and business development teams.
- Experience writing and reviewing business processes, functional design, and working among development teams.
- Good with Proposal creation.
- Should have a good working knowledge of SRS, FRD, BRD, and User Stories.
- Strong analytical skills to ask the โright questionsโ; excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills.
- Ability to work under extremely pressured conditions and produce required results.
- Result-driven individual with the ability to manage stress effectively.
- Time management skills; and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must be a team player, keen to learn, possess a good attitude and be self-disciplined.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform feasibility analysis, scope of projects, user flow diagrams, and work with the project management team to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
- Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Business and Implementation analysis skills.
- Strong aptitude with Data Analysis and Interpretation skills.
- Should have a good working knowledge of SRS, FRD, BRD, and User Stories.
- Strong analytical skills to ask the โright questionsโ; excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills.
- Ability to work under extremely pressured conditions and produce required results.
- Result-driven individual with the ability to manage stress effectively.
- Time management skills; and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Must be a team player, keen to learn, possess a good attitude and be self-disciplined.
Job Responsibilities
- Critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, using multiple analysis techniques, reconcile variances and recommend proposals to senior and key stakeholders.
- Analysis Documentation โ Includes user Stories, UAT Documents, line Diagrams, Change request documents, Business proposals.
- Communicate to a variety of audiences across business functions and levels and tailor messages appropriately.
- Stakeholder Management โ Discuss requirements with stakeholders and keep them informed about progress & challenges.
- Requirements Gathering & Elicitation โ Advanced Business analysis requirements gathering and design techniques; produce structured BRDs, finalize User Story, and write a functional specification.
- Change Management Methodology โ Work in a global project environment with different methodologies (including Agile/Waterfall)
- Find ways to resolve issues and overcome challenges, highlight challenges & delays at the right time to PMs.
- UAT planning, preparation and execution, UAT coordination, and facilitation to Business stakeholders.
- Experience in a mix of business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
- Handle exceptional scenarios in the best possible approach.
- Conducting Design Activity โ Run effective workshops for client business users.
- Advise stakeholders regarding process improvement initiatives.
- Present complex solutions in clear and concise language.
