Roles and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities –
The Finance organization is making increased use of big data technology, and we are
enabling a single big data platform for Finance. Our combined Risk & Finance IT and Finance
Change teams are establishing a platform based operating model that will ensure change
programs leverage the platform to deliver business outcomes in a consistent, sustainable
and controlled way. We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is

We are looking for a Data Sourcing Lead BA within the Finance big data platform team.
You should have both a strong theoretical understanding and extensive practical experience
in the following areas, and should be able to demonstrate that expertise with concrete
examples.
Work as a Lead Business Analyst
Extensive coordination with the Business to understand the target business process,
and the data attributes and data sources required to perform the in-scope tasks
efficiently.
Determine OLAs and SLAs with upstream data providers, and ensure that the
appropriate data controls are implemented.
Coordinate with the business (Product Control and Legal Entity Controller) to
understand current critical points, and assist with root cause analysis on data quality
issues to provide strategic solutions.
Integrate new data sources into the F1 Platform. Ensure the maintenance of the
Platform interface inventory.
Determine data validation and enrichment controls for new data sources. This
includes feedback mechanisms to upstream data providers.
Understand and leverage golden sources of transaction and reference data across
both the Swiss and Non-Swiss infrastructure.
Provide SME input to enable the continual progression of the F1 Data Model.
Ensure full compliance with the relevant CDO data governance requirements.
Large exposure to a wide group of business partners.
Further develop understanding of financial products, business processes and
systems, IT architecture, data governance.
Open to discussing flexible/agile working
