Acunor is hiring Business Analyst for one of its premier clients. This is a Fulltime and remote opportunity. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with the most recent resume.

They’re primary objection was that they didn’t see BSA activities like writing and refining stories, release support, etc. that they’re looking for. They also requested profiles only from Eastern or Central time zones. Scrum certification would be a nice-to-have.
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and/or business processes to meet user requirements.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and clearly define the technical solution.
- Define high-level project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Design or redesign business processes and documentation as needed
- Collaborate with business partners, technology developers and operational users to provide development guidelines and testing criteria.
- Manage and monitor project progress – elicit requirements, write user stories, review user, development, testing and release documentation, final defect tracking.
- Lead release efforts, including manage and monitor release in real-time and coordinate release validation with internal and vendor teams.
- Communicate, build strong relationships with, and work closely with P2P support and internal IT to resolve system, data related and/or workflow issues.
- Provides thought leadership and delivers business insights to identify and resolve complex issues critical to their clients’ success
- Actively contributes to business development and to attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating a team of diverse and qualified staff
- Manages communication between senior EXL partners and clients to update project progress and solicit feedback on project deliverables
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in banking and financial services, credit cards or consumer lending
- 5+ years of work experience in Systems Design, Data Management, Data Architecture or similar
- 2+ years of experience managing projects
- Working knowledge of retail banking processes and regulations
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Data Analysis, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
- Proven communication skills with audiences of differing technical and business experience.
- Ability to work independently and on teams to solve problems, manage multiple projects and priorities under time constraints,and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
- Excellent listening, written communication and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
