PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with experience in driving analytics in Spend management. To work as Data Analyst in designing, development, deployment & represent data into dashboard to monitor KPI, perform data analysis, increase efficiency & translate data into informative visuals & reports, by working with team & as an individual contributor.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Understanding of business requirement and Develop data models and building data analytics scenarios/ insights on various spend categories which will improve the process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Process walk thru of various processes of business functions and identify the opportunity of cost optimization/ cost reduction and implementation of new system/ process which will help in sustainability.
- Proficiency in identification of data source (SAP), performing analysis and visualization/ presenting the data using MS power BI/ power point.
- Working experience of SAP, MS office, data visualization tools (Power BI/ Tableau) and strong presentation skill
- Deliver as per the project plan, communicate any project risks and issues to sponsor and coordinate with stakeholders for required inputs and support.
- Knowledge of applying analytical techniques by using advance excel, Benford’s law, relative size factor Etc.
Proficiency in using any types of query language (SQL/ Python etc.) would be added advantage (Optional)
Qualification:
C.A, MBA, B.E. /B. Tech
Experience:
- 2 – 5 years of total experience as a Data/ Business Analyst or in Internal Audit domain, who understands the business functions, risks & controls and data representation of key data points.
- Experience of working in Data Analytics Platform, tools & techniques
