BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong bias for action and “get it done” attitude
- 2+ years of experience in program or project management
- 2+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams ยท BA/BS degree in computer science, business, statistics or related field.
- The ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- The ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment, as well as a rapid work pace.
- A proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
- Fluency and comfort with business applications such as Word, Excel and Project Management tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to scope technical requirements and prioritize

This individual will be part of the Benefits System Admin team within the Benefits Operations Services (BOS) organization. Benefits Operations team is the administration interface between the employees and the benefits providers. It includes a comprehensive set of services to support benefits program launches, build awareness among employees, and enable frustration free delivery of benefits.
Weโre looking for a Business Analyst who can be highly impactful launching new features and configurations for Amazonians to support on their important life events. You will have the opportunity to work closely with talented team of System Administrators, Program Managers and Product Managers. Successful candidate must be innovative, flexible, self-directed, and be willing to roll up their sleeves and have โget the job doneโ attitude. In this role, the tasks that you will perform include but are not limited to:
- Monitor the overall progress; anticipate risks, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
- Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiate the trade-offs needed.
- Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
- Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.
- Understand how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and work with QAEs to build approaches that fit the overall strategy.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans while monitoring and reporting on test execution.
Key job responsibilities
Work with BSS to get the requirements specific to their country Benefits.
Create BRD, FRD documents
Translate the requirements to Vendor Dev team.
Work on Agile metholody to get the requirements delivered with High Quality and On Time.
Own end to end change management process.
Create and update the tickets with Vendor.
Work with stakeholders to get the efficiencies in the process.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ yearsโ experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of experience managing teams
- 2+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
- Project management, Process Improvement or Quality certifications desired.
