- Masters in Statistics, Economics, Management OR Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or Computer Science or a relevant quantitative discipline ·
- Over 4+ years of relevant experience in advanced analytics and predictive modeling across any domain or function
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in programing languages such as R / Python / SAS, Advanced SQL / Hive, Dashboarding tools such as Tableau / Quicksight, ETL Techniques, Advanced Excel
- Proven track record in understanding business problems and developing effective algorithms and solutions ·
- Ability to process large data sets from multiple data sources ·
- Experience in Predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms
- Versatility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment and ability to work independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

In this role, you will:
- Provide thought leadership on the design and implementation of next generation products/solutions and data science-intensive technology solutions
- Interface with Global Business Stakeholders, Engineers and Data / Research Scientists across time zones to gather requirements by asking the right questions
- Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems, make and validate appropriate assumptions and formulate conclusions / recommendations using large data sets; determine optimized course of action to deliver comprehensive Analytical solutions.
- Enhance analytical maturity through predictive and prescriptive analytics using Statistical modelling, Machine Learning and Optimization techniques.
- Produce written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help shape solution design
- Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key marketing and product decisions.
- Handle multiple projects at once, deal with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities
- Prior experience in Big Data Technologies
- Past Experience in marketing and lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with experimentation and machine learning techniques
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other members for best practices in data science and analytics
