Team and Role overview
We are seeking a senior functional and/or technical SaaS Support Analyst with experience gained in the capital markets industry working for a software vendor, consultancy, and/or trading floor. This should include production support of Front and/or Middle Office Systems in one or more of the following: Fixed Income, FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, or Risk. SaaS Support at Adenza serves as the single point of contact for all issues and SaaS clients.
Responsibilities
Work directly with users of the Adenza system to ensure proper scoping, implementation, go-live, upgrade, and production daily use of the main front-office solutions used by SaaS customers.
Be hands-on with the system integration teams to help configure and test the systems and environments to ensure that they meet the business requirements.
Assist customers in identifying functional gaps in the core front office product, and creating detailed functional specifications for the gaps.
Manage issues and track the timeline of bug resolution development deliverables, and keep the customer informed of progress.
Co-own deployment of developments into SaaS clients Environments, including identification of key setup and configuration tasks, scope considerations, timeline and scheduling, and resource requirements.
Provide partial Production Support by managing complex product and Environment issues related to the installation, use, and maintenance of Adenza products such as investigating logs, code, database queries, etc.
Skills and Requirements
Solid experience in systems business analysis, preferably in the capital markets industry with Production Support responsibilities.
Experience with our platform or other internal/ external platforms on the front to back-office systems (such as Murex, Kondor, Lumina) is essential
Technically self-sufficiency โ ability to read code will be highly valued with Java and/or Python preferred.
Strong ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities. Should be able to translate front office or back-office business requirements into actual system configuration.
Prepared to work shift patterns and occasionally weekends to support our clients

Adenza Mumbai is located on the 2nd floor of the Ackruti Center Point building. Weโre very close to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, and Five Star hotels. We have excellent transport links nearby, including Andheri Metro and railway station. Restaurants like China Gate, Box, Tunga International are just opposite of our building. We have two large offices on the 2nd floor and our cafeteria is modern with a coffee vending machine, coffee/tea/snacks are always available as well games like Carrom, Foosball, Chess, Table Tennis, etc. Two boxes of fresh fruit are delivered once a week.
