    The Fraud Ops lead is expected to,

    1. Manage a team of at least 2-4 members, understand the daily requirements, allocate right tasks, manage bandwidth and meet the teams expectations

    2. Should be able to mentor and build a team of freshers, guide them industry best practices and procedures for fraud monitoring system.

    3. Should have knowledge on types of online fraud trends and suitable investigation process to find the modus operandi.

    4. Should have experience in handling disputes and provide necessary resolution for the same.

    5. Should maintain the tracking of all the claims received and ensure all the claims has been responded as per the compliance procedures.

    6. Should understand flow of all the process & responsibility of cross functional teams and need to perform internal and external audits.

    7. Should have knowledge on writing scripts & fetching data to ensure the real time rules are working as expected.

    8. Should escalate the bugs or any abnormal activities to respective teams and have regular follow ups to get solutions.

    9. To ensure all fraud claim process is streamlined as per the compliance guidelines and ensure data readiness for the same.

    10. To do performance analysis on all the internal process and do sanity check periodically.

    11. To prepare case history sheet for all the fraud claims and keep all the documents ready for the external audits.

    12. To maintain dashboards with quality & metrics data of all the process and present it to management periodically.

    13. To continuously work with other teams to improve the process of identifying the suspicious activities.

    14. To create and maintain an internal monitoring process to escalate the suspicious cases.

    15. Should be able to understand the business needs, write and drive roles and responsibilities for the team members, effectively groom them and make the team self-running.

    16. Should be highly collaborative with the team, and other stakeholders.

    17. Understand the compliance and regulatory terms/requirements of the business, learn and adapt to them, and ensure team is obliged to follow, and system errors deviating from those are given immediate attention and resolution.

    18. Take initiatives on continuous improvement and quality of operations, finding gaps and fixing them to decrease the turnaround times.

    19. Should bring industry practices of documenting all processes of the team.

    20. Should be able to initiate and drive projects without any assistance, should be a strong leader in driving projects and meet deadlines.

    Key Skillset:

    1. 5+ years relevant work experience in handling fraud & dispute claims.

    2. Should have an eye to the details in performing investigation in each fraud claims.

    3. Should be able to fetch & analyse the available data to identify fraud trends.

    4. Should have managed a team for at least a year or so.

    5. Communication is very essential as this role deals with lot of stakeholders and executive discussions on Managers absence.

    Desirable Skills:

    1. Good Knowledge of Python programming.

    2. Should have knowledge on code repositories (git, bitbucket)

    3. Should be very good in MySQL / SQL

    4. Should have worked in project management tools like JIRA.

    5. Excellent written and oral communication skills

    6. Has worked on open-source tools and is capable of implementing them on projects undertaken.

    7. Ideally someone who has reasonably good working knowledge on the above or who can pick up these skills in reasonably short time.
