Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
As Manager Digital Analytics at adidas you are responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions. Based on multiple data sources, you manage the generation of insights that help adidas better understand the consumer, expand reach, increase customer engagement and advocacy, and ultimately drive sales.
General Scope
This role will drive advanced analytics at functional level (Mobile APP Analytics) developing, enhancing, and maintaining assigned functions / projects across the region (Middle east, Africa, and India) to elevate the digital business, finding efficiencies, enhancements and sales opportunities that are meaningful for the consumer and the business. As well, the role will be the key contact point with the GDA (Global Digital Analytics team) and other regions for analytics standards and best practices.
Analytics consulting
- Build the foundations to drive e-Commerce business in line with a fact-based decision culture ensuring core analytics practices are included into day-to-day business:
- Digital Business Performance Analytics: Performance reporting and diagnostics.
- Digital Business Performance Analytics: Performance reporting and diagnostics.
- Digital Operational Analytics: Forecasting, SLAs, Returns.
- Digital Experience Analytics: CX and NPS.
- Digital Traffic Analytics: Paid and organic traffic sources.
- This role will focus on Mobile Analytics, getting a profound understanding in our app performance across our markets, setting KPIs and building reports / insights to understand better the consumer, improve satisfaction and consequently sales.
- Manage demand for insights and delivery of analytics services. Oversee the collection, tracking, mining and analysis of data and the generation of fact-based insights.
- Advise and influence stakeholders to define goals, select appropriate KPIs, monitor performance and derive trends and opportunities.
Projects
- Lead assigned projects in areas such as analytics implementation, database integration, marketing attribution, tag management, consumer journey deep dives, qualitative data, etc.
- Create project plans detailing quality requirements and metrics, project timelines, roles and responsibilities, resources budget estimates.
- Team up with third parties, IT DBC key stakeholders to create, implement, maintain, or update data analysis tools and reports.
Reporting
- Co-define and implement new data reporting structures or refine existing structures for e-Commerce.
- Drive the translation of gathered insights into engaging, actionable, and easy to digest insights presentations for the senior leadership.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working with AppsFlyer / Amplitude is highly desired.
- Profound experience with analytics tools and disciplines such as: adobe/google analytics, Tableau, mobile, social, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, databases, etc.
- Experience with data visualization techniques and presentations. Preferably expert in PowerBI or Tableau.
- Holistic thinker establish and drive end-to-end strategies and initiatives encompassing multiple functions.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead several projects and programs simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, marketing or related.
- 6 Years in overall experience. Experience in e-Com data analysis positions is required for at least 3 years.
- Experience in paid media analytics or working with a marketing agency is a plus.
