The Opportunity

The Adobe Product and Customer Analytics team is looking for summer interns. The team applies data science techniques to quantify and optimize the product experience for our customers. We address business problems such as driving product development priorities, measuring product adoption, improving product engagement and customer value realization.

All 2023 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with a digital marketing business’ technical teams to understand where data is stored and how it can be extracted.
  • Analyze customer usage data and derive insights for product, customer success, and marketing teams to improve product development and Adobe’s customer experience.
  • Work with data engineers to develop scripts and establish automated data pipelines
  • Standardize insight generation and help build automated self-service tools for the same.
  • Develop in-house analytical tools that improve the productivity and efficiency of analytical tasks

What You Need To Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a MS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields are strongly preferred; or equivalent experience required
  • Skilled in SQL and R/Python
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, data mining, and a track record solving problems with these methods.
  • Ability to apply statistical/machine learning techniques such as hypothesis testing, time series, forecasting, linear and logistic regression, random forest, etc.
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
