The Opportunity
The Adobe Field Readiness and Enablement (FRE) team empowers our field organization with the appropriate skills, information, and practical application of learning to succeed in their role and meet Adobe business objectives. As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the development of the measurement and reporting strategy that will correlate business performance results to enablement activity.
What you’ll do
Responsible for visualizing, analyzing, and standardizing enablement data to develop measurement recommendations that will influence the FRE prioritization and impact strategy:
Develop an understanding of the current Go To Market business structure while identifying core focus areas where FRE can measure the impact of the programs it provides
Understand and optimize the FRE Data Standardization Model by further defining and improving the ability to measure across the four levels of our organization’s effectiveness
Collect quantitative data points, within each of the four measurement levels, from various business partners and stakeholders
Implement automated processes for data refresh and cleanliness across our FRE dashboards
Create, optimize and maintain a standardized process, through Workfront, by which to request measurement support within the FRE organization
Research and provide a recommendation on measurement methods, both qualitative and quantitative, to support FRE’s data standardization methodology and business impact reporting
Analyze across our four measurement levels of FRE to provide strategic business recommendations and enablement program feedback
Create qualitative surveys according to FRE standards for specific groups and programs
Create, maintain and train on qualitative Power BI dashboards What you need to succeed
Possess a strong analytical background, think critically, synthesize new data quickly, and prioritize efficiently
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Qualtrics Survey
Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers, and needs
Able to think creatively to build unique measurement recommendations to address uncommon business needs and turn data into insights
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, remote presentation, and relationship skills
Communicate confidently and eloquently in writing, speaking, and facilitation
