Duties And Responsibilities
- Position Summary:
- Braun’s Internship Program is designed to provide College and University enrolled or recently graduated students with a meaningful experience within the Life Sciences industry. The students are given an opportunity to gain a valuable corporate or operations learning experience through a finite project determined by each department. Projects vary for each intern assignment depending on the needs of the department, and each will provide the intern with both a meaningful and relevant work experience. Internships are a minimum of a ten to twelve week commitment. A mentor will be assigned to each intern to help guide them through their experience. Interns will be asked to conduct a presentation to their department outlining their internship experience.
- Undergraduate student enrolled in Business Management, Data Analytics, Statistics or related program.
- Familiarity with PowerBI preferred.
- Proficiency in other Business Intelligence Platforms and/or database management systems a plus (Tableau,SQL, etc.).
- 2 years of strong Excel and PowerPoint experience.
- Experience in data extraction, organization and analysis using Excel or equivalent tools.
- Projects:
- Perform data collection, data analysis, and reporting for proving or disproving certain hypothesis.
- Assist with analyzing and developing innovative process changes to to Aesculap’s data driven internal and external (client) deliverables.
- Identify key insights and present recommendations for improvements.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets for data analysis to support various projects.
- Effectively identify key insights and present recommendations for improvements.
- Build PowerPoint presentations and present insights from given analyses to the leadership team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions around the creation of new solutions.
- Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures and work instructions.

- High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required
- Completion of Sophomore or higher level at an accredited college or university
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- 0-02 years related experience required
