Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can help us take reporting and analytics to the next level in our Pune operations, and at the same time drive efficiency across the whole of operations, by partnering with our internal development team and our Manila operations research and analytics team to create more automated, more timely, and less time-consuming reporting so that we can focus more on the analysis and actions out of the data on a daily and weekly basis. In essence, we want to craft an operational BI system building upon the elements that we have today. This role requires someone who is collaborative since it will require a close working relationship with multiple teams to understand their requirements for report automation. It also requires someone who is detail-oriented, fact-driven, who is passionate about continuous improvement for our teams and clients, and who is resourceful and creative in producing solutions for better scalability and profitability within cost parameters. Job Summary:Responsible for the creation of macros, automation of reports, detailed analysis, and the work necessary to feed data into our reporting tools, and help to visualize that data in ways that allow managers to take action on a daily basis.Position Responsibilities and Essential Duties (other duties may be assigned):-Automation of as much as possible of operations reporting and metrics.-Creation of management-level dashboards for key metrics-Provide accurate data analysis and reporting to support production operations.-Manage operational or special projects assigned for business improvement and process efficiency.-Coordination with on/offshore personnel, counterparts, and different departments to ensure alignment.-Produce analysis relating to contract review, pricing review, billing, and performance evaluation data and reports as needed.- Excellent excel skills and Google sheets, including the ability to write macrosWho you will be partnering with:The reports and analytics team (of which you will be a part)Pune Operations AVPs and their teamsInternal Tools DevelopmentManila Reports and Analytics teamFinance COEExecutive Leadership Team
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications-Bachelor Degree-3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in working on Digital Marketing Reports on campaign deliveried
- Exposoure to extraction of data from various digital platforms like Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, Centro, Google DSP and Facebook/ Instgram.
- Fair exposure to Digital marketing objectives like CTR / Pacing / VCR / CPM calculations.
- Exposure working on Google sheets and Excel databases.
- Excellent excel skills including the ability to write macros-Excellent data manipulation skills
- Experience in creating macros preferred but at minimum a strong desire to learn and sense of curiosity
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail -Ability to multi-task and assist the company in any capacity as required by the business-Excellent oral and written communication skills.-Ability to communicate effectively with superiors and employees at all levels.-Flexible work hours, including night shifts
