Roles and Responsibilities :
As a part of agilon team, you’ll

Research source data and design solutions that provide high-performance visuals in Tableau.

Understand and synthesize complex data. Understand the operational metrics and key performance indicators used in making business decisions.

Designs and develops enterprise and departmental business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions
-
Participate in defining best practices around report development, testing, access management, and report refresh scheduling.

End-to-end Model Designer expertise from dashboard design/development to deployment/maintenance
-
Responsible for requirements gathering and creating business requirement documents.

Identify, analyze , and interpret trends or patterns in complex data. Transform analyses into concrete, actionable recommendations to drive decision-making.
Specifications:
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field with 4 – 7 years’ in SQL and Tableau development
Requirements:
Must have skills:
-
Tableau Design and Development Experience
-
Well-versed in Report, Documentation, Dashboard and Dossier Development
-
Must have strong experience in building Tableau Schema / semantic layer building
objects based on underlying DB schema -
Familiar with building attributes, metrics, filters, prompts, and other BI objects

Ability to troubleshoot report performance and tune
-
Hands on knowledge of writing complex SQL queries
