Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
We need to hire a data analyst, offshore with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Electronic Engineering
- 3-5 years of working experience in data Analytics, Operations analytics, BI development, consulting, or risk management
- Applied experience in Query and mine large data sets to Client transaction patterns, examine financial data and filter for targeted information using traditional (SQL Server, SAS, and Teradata are must).
- 1 or 2 resources needed for more than a year.
- At least 2 Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau or Power BI.) is preferred.
- We are seeking an experienced data analyst who will work in Finance Transformation business unit to deliver and execute data analytics, audit analytics, fraud detection, BI solutions and automation engagement for a financial services client. Interact directly with Audit Managers, Business process owners, Finance, and IT to design, develop and implement analytical (risk/fraud detection tools) solutions.
YOUR QUALITIES EXPERIENCE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run SQL, SAS, Teradata queries to pull data as per the requirement.
- Analyze data to provide insights into cycle time, quality, pipeline trends etc.
- Perform operational analytics.
- Develops and automates reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs i.e. more of a pre-production build, not in Tableau
- Do file level analysis (aged applications, files with complaints etc.) to create Pareto’s and root cause
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations. Delivers effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
