Job Location: Pune

Agrograde is an agri-tech start-up enabling post-harvest automation in the agriculture space. Our products are aimed at improving the marketability of the produce and building infrastructure for a fair and transparent digital trade. We are looking for engineers to improve the performance of our existing products and build new products on top of them by leveraging data. Your work would be used at mandis, collection centres, and packhouses. It would play a crucial role in helping farmers with fair market access and eliminating any loopholes that result in their exploitation. 2 years from now, Agrograde would be the biggest one-stop technology partner enabling digital trade across all the major fruit and vegetable supply chains.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Creating training pipelines, deploying and maintaining the same.
  2. Performing EDA. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used
  3. Using CNN for efficient segmentation of multiple classes
  4. Developing faster and more efficient computer vision algorithms for detecting certain quality parameters
  5. Working with the design, software, and sales teams to plan and build features
  6. Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  7. Creating automated anomaly detection systems for constant tracking of model performance
  8. Test different architectures for optimal performance for different products and use cases

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or mathematics.
  2. Experience: 2 – 6 years
  3. Prior experience in building deep learning and computer vision solutions
  4. Must have worked on semantic segmentation
  5. Should be excellent in statistics and geometry
  6. Preference to candidates who have worked on NVIDIA’s embedded platforms
