Our mission of ‘Helping Farmers Win’ is a tall task as we try to bring change and development to the
grassroots of India. We need heroes who are dedicated to the mission, live the dream and drive it
with passion. If that sounds like you, here’s more about the role:
Responsibilities:
- Design, construct, install, test and maintain highly scalable data management systems
- Build data pipelines, take care of the ETL life cycles of data
- Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices
- Build high-performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models and proof of concepts
- Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining and production
- Integrate new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures
- Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with data architects, modelers and IT team members on project goals
Must have:
- Deep knowledge of SQL
- Deep knowledge of python
- Knowledge of big data systems like Hadoop, Apache spark
- Knowledge of Google BigQuery or Amazon RedShift
- Desire to learn and experiment
Good to have:
- Knowledge of cloud systems like AWS or GCP or Azure
- Knowledge of Mongodb
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs and API integrations
Can have:
- Knowledge of Django
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, deep learning, neural networks
- Knowledge of R language
- Knowledge of Data Analytics
