Business Analyst Responsibilities:
This position is a remote position but will require travel to the office in Chicago at least once a quarter for a couple of days.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Create process design documents, workflows, and protocol documents
- Researching technology advancements and submitting proposals to automate and modernize processes.
- Performing requirements analysis, document requirements, and check compliance of new system/functionality builds.
- Leading cross-functional teams to optimize processes and design solutions to the specific use case.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Design data capture and analysis systems to capture relevant data and KPIs
- Analyze organizational data to assess organizational performance and identify areas for improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
