ARC is searching for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Revenue Integrity, Onboarding and Compliance, in this role you will provide department specific operational analytics and process improvement recommendations using Salesforce, Tableau and other tools, with the goal of providing greater insights into aspects impacting our stakeholders. This encompasses a holistic understanding of the department’s diverse team functions to include Accreditation, Revenue Integrity, Fraud, Compliance and Financial Guaranty. This role will work closely with leadership to evaluate and identify business and team related performance trends. This includes the ability to conduct risk reviews and establish best practices in managing and assessing our data.
In this role, you will partner and consult with team leaders within the Revenue Integrity department to understand and/or develop performance drivers and develop analytic solutions that enable teams to make informed decisions and take action.
This role bridges the gap between data science, workflow development and business teams in modernizing and driving continuous improvement within the department to analyze and interpret data, create dashboards, and redesign processes with an eye towards automation and solutions to better serve our stakeholders with focus on financial integrity.
Additionally, you will serve as thought leader for analytics within the Revenue Integrity department and provide support and effective communications to these stakeholders and collaborate to understand their business objectives, identify new or enhanced ways to leverage data as a strategic asset to solve business problems and create value for the business, and raise overall business and analytics acumen.
You will be an innovator within the department, driving new and improved ways of leveraging our data to inform and drive decision making. More specifically, you will create and lead the development of tools and applications that turn our various and diverse sets of data into actionable, interactive, and reliable analysis and insight.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Learn and evaluate the day-to-day operational aspects of the department to provide analytics and process improvement recommendations.
- Work hands-on with the departments data, using SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and other tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data and create insights.
- Build and implement reporting tools and ad hoc analysis to pull out relevant data, provide trending reporting, and evaluate metrics.
- Provide insight into financial risk mitigation for our airline and agent partners through metric creation, reporting and analysis combining unique skillset in Salesforce, Tableau, and analytical mindset.
- Strategically advance our analytics efforts by surfacing challenges and opportunities to the departments leadership and recommending solutions.
- Analyze Data, report on key operational / effectiveness metrics & provide recommendations to enhance operational performance of the business
- Support process improvement of model user tools.
- Synthesize and package complex analyses, making them understandable across technical and non-technical audiences.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated analytical and research skills including experience analyzing and manipulating large amounts of transactional data to support auditing and statistical sampling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Demonstrated ability to document business requirements for new or enhanced SQL queries and Tableau dashboards.
- Must have comprehensive understanding of industry transactional data and auditing ability.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational, and self-management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft 365 CRM and Access programs used to develop and manage complex databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on a diverse caseload and be self-driven, resulting in developing unique investigative and analytical strategies, appropriate conclusions, recommendations, and actions. Adaptable to changing work requirements.
