As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll work in a global environment and contribute to enterprise application integrations. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end. You’ll come up with innovative solutions for business problems and coordinate with development teams to implement them.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with our business stakeholders to analyze complex business problems, and recommending scalable solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
- Leading requirement discussions, documenting detailed & comprehensive business & functional requirements, and presenting them clearly to stakeholders and delivery teams
- Engaging with developers, architects, managers, QA and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business requirements
- Coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and resolving user issues post go-live
- Developing an in-depth understanding of applications, the data model, and its mapping to the various business processes
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5 to 7 years of industry experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have minimum 4 years of experience performing similar BA roles for Oracle R12 EBS Financials.
- Have experience in Order to Cash/Contract to Invoicing process.
- Experience with OneSource Indirect Tax System (Sabrix) will be a Plus.
- Have experience in Agile software development and tools (JIRA, confluence, etc.)
- Demonstrate good knowledge of SDLC, business processes and data analysis
- Demonstrate skilled use of Microsoft Office presentation, analysis and reporting tools, particularly Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
