Our Infrastructure Services team is responsible for provisioning, managing and supporting the Corporate IT infrastructure which is consumed by internal business functions.We ensure efficient functioning and high availability of Servers, Network, Telco, Technology platforms and applications, which form the landscape of the infrastructure.

As a Business Systems Analyst you will responsible for Vulnerability Management, Compliance Audits, reporting operational metrics and Coordinating project activities. you will be involved in IT projects/activities coordination, manage/track compliance and audits, reporting and analyzing metrics to identify actionable insights and process improvements. You will also closely work with all stakeholders to identify the project/operational requirements
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and highlights trends of Vulnerability Management
- Determining operational objectives by understanding IT functions; gathering and evaluating output requirements.
- Managing and monitoring IT projects progress by tracking schedules; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Handling project communications and stakeholder interactions.
- Developing and sharing best practices to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of IT processes
- Monitoring the audit control implementation and collecting/validating evidences
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Have excellent competency in Microsoft Office Tools
- Able to communicate effectively, both in written and verbal form
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively independently and deliver on tight deadlines
- Have basic technical knowledge on IT Systems
- Possess Project Management knowledge/experience
