Summary of Position:
Alcon is looking to hire to IT Systems Software Analysis & Programming focuses on programming & configuration of IT Systems Software (i.e. software for use in operating/controlling hardware and providing a platform for running internal end user/business applications). The work includes to identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System and Developing programming specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts. Writing code in lower-level programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization’s IT platform/infrastructure and Configuring, customizing, diagnosing, and enhancing vendor systems software (e.g., operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals, facilitate networking, manage memory allocation, manage file storage on hard drives, etc.) also Writing diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults ,Creating functional and technical documentation of systems software programs and code
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and configures systems specifications that address business requirements, processes, and that fit with the company’s system architecture standards.
- Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
- Evaluates interface between systems and operational requirements. Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures system compatibility, and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.
- Revises existing systems and tests functionality of the system to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
- May document testing and maintenance of system updates, modifications, and configurations.
- May act as a liaison to collaborate with other business functions to automate process system delivery and infrastructure changes.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications :
Experience:
- At least 4 to 6 years-experience in business consultancy and SAP implementation in an international environment (4yr Relevant )
- Hands-on SAP SD functional experience in functional analyst position in order to invoice processes.
- Strong Order to Invoice business process knowledge, SAP SD configuration, development and end-to-end Integration testing skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience :
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree in business/technical (or adequate equivalent) and SAP knowledge in specified module(s)/process areas
- 4-6 years of applicable experience
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
