We are already providing IT-services and support to Alfa Laval companies around the world, and we are now expanding the operations to meet future demands.
Alfa Laval has invested in a ‘Global IT Delivery Centre’ in Pune with the vision to expand and deliver IT-services as an extension to our global teams located in Sweden, Denmark and USA. We focus on cost-effective solutions and improved performance to create a unique Alfa Laval experience!
Who are you?

The Cyber Security Analyst will daily monitor, triage and respond on threats detected by the implemented detection technologies.

The analyst will make decisions based on the threat intelligence and business impact one or more systems are to be isolated from the networks.

The analyst must have knowledge and experience with triaging threats and vulnerabilities.
About the job:
-
Act as a first line of defence of Cyber threats by triaging alerts and events in the implemented threat detection tools.

Make informed decisions whether to isolate one or more hosts effected by a threat based on business impact vs. threat impact.

Perform threat hunting exercises using threat intelligence according to implemented playbooks.

Respond to security incidents according to defined playbooks.

Improve the 1st line defense service by actively seeking information about business processes and establish playbooks where needed.

Support business processes with secure recovery after incidents are resolved

Perform daily administration and support activities on the implemented threat detection tools.

Candidate Profile:
Required Skills
-
Skills and at least 2 years of experience with working in 1st line SOC performing triage, isolation, first response and threat hunting.

At least 5 years of experience within IT in corporate environments.
-
At least 2 years of experience working with Endpoint Detection Response tools (EDR)
-
Experience with threat hunting in a corporate environment.
-
ITIL or ITSM experience
-
Good oral and written English language skills
Preferred Skills

Security + Certification
-
SANS Incident Response certifications
-
CEH certification
Personal Background:
-
5+ years of experience with process understanding safeguarding high quality in solutions, systems, and technology.

Self-starter personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and experience in working in multi-cultural environment.

Customer centric approach, and comfortable picking up the phone to talk with end users.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Should have excellent communication skills and to be a go to guy.

Should be comfortable to say ‘No’ when needed and to put away the point in structured way
