Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing Sales Plan, Monthly Review reports and Requirement Plan
- Hands on experience on Excel / Advance excel using formulas / Pivot Table / Charts/Graphical
- Daily and Monthly MIS Reports
- Coordination with Sales Team to ensure primary and secondary sales for branch
- Maintaining customer masters
- Keeping track for Target vs Achievement area wise to ensure the for corrective actions for field force team
- Create database reports for management evaluation
- Maintaining coordination between sales staff and Management and preparing all necessary reports for sales and Marketing
- Calculation of Incentive Authentication of Primary, Secondary Sales.
- Monitoring Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports of Sales Team.
- Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in FMCG/Food Industry is Mandatory
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in MIS
- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and Hlookup.
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and can handle team.
