Job Description
Responsibilities
- Data reporting and data analytics
- Excel, SQL and Power BI skills.
- Documents, highlights/escalates CRM/ITSM tool issues.
- Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level and productivity.
- Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards and excelling within that.
- Customer focus and close alignment with the business objectives.
- Actively participate in meetings and make valuable contribution.
- Take complete ownership for the assigned task and timely inform the progress of the project / task to all stakeholders.
- Has a keen desire to automate processes and generates new ideas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an Analytics, Workforce Management, PMO team environment.
- Preferable – Hands on experience in Data analytics using analytical and visualization tools .
- Proficient in writing SQL stored procedures, functions in MS SQL Server.
- Preferably a B. Tech in Computer Science/Information technology or an equivalent degree.
- Hands on experience in using data analytics and visualization tools. Ex -Power BI
- Service Now, Sales force knowledge preferable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be a collaborative team player
