We set them. Job Summary:
The Direct Web Analytics Senior Consultant is responsible for leveraging data and analytics summarizing web sales funnel results as well as influencing business strategy through communication of findings to senior management. The position is also responsible for developing standards of practice around data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Compiles, cleans, organizes and analyzes web sales data to understand the conversion funnel and what is driving business results (from how shoppers entered the site to how they progress throughout the online shopping experience).
⦁ Monitors and evaluates projects / business initiatives against key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicates results and recommendations to management.
⦁ Develops measurement plans to understand the effectiveness of application features and tools
⦁ Provides operational measurement in support of application health
⦁ Produces ad-hoc output in an accurate and timely manner. Ensures quality and accuracy of results.
⦁ Works with teams developing hypotheses and recommendations leading to experiments (e.g. A/B tests) for the online sales shopping experience. Evaluate and report the outcome of the experiments.
⦁ Partners cross-functionally with colleagues across other areas of responsibility such as Product Management, IT, and Finance.
⦁ Be a thought leader; recommends process improvements and influences strategy through data and analytics Job Qualifications
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Finance, Business, Economics, IT or related field or equivalent experience
⦁ 3 years of data and analytics experience; web analytics experience preferred but not required
⦁ Data visualization experience
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication
⦁ Proficient in SQL
Additional Desired Functional Skills
⦁ Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
⦁ Experience in different programming languages such as Python and R
⦁ Experience working with Big Data
⦁ Proficiency with web analytics tools; preferably Adobe Web Analytics Suite
⦁ Tableau dashboard development a plus

Compensation offered for this role is $60,100.00-$102,625.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
