As part of Digital Transformation Services, the DIP Department is responsible for providing Master Data Management (MDM), Integration and Process Automation (RPA/BPM) solutions and related services to its Amadeus’ internal business partners in agreement with the Amadeus methodology & Guidelines.
This opportunity corresponds to 2 positions of MDM Business Solution Analyst in the MDM solution team.
- The candidate will participate to the MDM solution evolution and MDM Projects (Workforce, Customer, Product, Reference data,). You will be responsible for the functional analysis, the conceptual design and the setup of the MDM Solution for a specific stream of the project.
- The team is multi-site and developing in Agile mode with an iterative approach, leveraging software vendor framework solution called TIBCO EBX
The main responsibility will be the following one:
- You will work as Product Owner closely with the Business and the solution team in order to define the functional requirements for:
- The Master data model
- The Data maintenance process (UI, Workflows, wizards,)
- The integration with other solutions (ETL, API, web-service, …)

Focus will be one data domain: Reference Data Domain , product & service
(Reference data domain contains geographical reference data and other data Amadeus business specific used by Amadeus product in their service. Analyst will be in close relationship with amadeus R&D community
Product & service contains all Amadeus products and service define for all Business unit worldwide.It is also in charge to support of the overall Product Life cycle. Analyst will be in contact with all BU)
- Identify high level business requirements with Key Business shareholder and propose possible solutions
- Animation of workshops to define the Business requirement for the Data Governance and MDM solution
- Analyse the detailed impact on existing processes and on the usage of existing tools supporting these processes.
- Define functional requirements (Epics and user stories) of the solution using standard TIBCO EBX Framework whenever possible
- Validate detailed functional requirements with internal Business Partner and solution team to ensure that the proposed solution meets their expectations.
- Validate technical requirement with the Solution Architect/Developers and support team during the software implementation
- Implement and test solution customization of EBX and/or MDM Framework
- Execute end to end functional /regression tests
- Coordination user acceptance tests
- Produce user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption
- Handover new functionalities to support team (Second level)
- Deliver the agreed solution on-time, within budget and according to specifications
- Perform the application functional support (customer/production) when requests are received from second level support Team
- Propose enhancements to avoid failure and continuously improve the solution.
Technical / Functional :
Mandatory:
- Experience as Functional analyst in MDM or data analytics solution at least 5 years
- knowledge in Java with minimum 2 years of experience as a developer
- Knowledge and experience of TIBCO EBX
- Experience as Product Owner in Agile mode of development
- Experience on Data Quality Dashboard (Qlik or equivalent)
- Experience on Meta data management (Collibra or equivalent)
- working Experience on Linux, GIT/BitBucket, Atlassian
- Experience in SQL
- Exposure to UI development
Optional:
Project Management knowledge (PMP certification would be a plus)
