Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated fresher to join our team as a DevOps Engineer. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our development and production environments, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software development and IT operations teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate and streamline deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Implement and maintain configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Ensure system security by setting up and maintaining appropriate firewalls and access controls.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud computing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
